5. Admin Portal & Account Access

When using the admin portal, you agree to:

• Use only your own Google account to sign in
• Not share your account access with unauthorized individuals
• Log out when using shared or public devices
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised
• Use the portal only for its intended business purposes
• Grant appropriate permissions (such as Google Calendar access) when requested to enable portal features

The admin portal may request access to additional Google services, such as Google Calendar, to provide scheduling and appointment management features. Granting these permissions is optional but may be required for certain portal functionality. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account settings, though this may limit your ability to use certain features.

We reserve the right to revoke portal access at any time without notice if we determine that you have violated these terms or are no longer authorized to access the portal.
